Adding tip or gratuity to your payments

Adding tips or gratuity to your payments through Paid is a straightforward process. Once you've entered the initial amount and tapped "next step," a screen will emerge requesting a tip percentage (5%, 10%, 20%, or a custom amount). This tip is calculated in addition to the initial amount plus any applicable tax. Subsequently, all these sums—initial amount, applied tax (if present), and tips—are consolidated into a single charge.

To enable tips and gratuity:

1. Navigate to the Feature menu located at the top right corner.
2. Tap on the "show tip screen?" switch on the menu.
3. Make your first payment and notice how the payment flow will include also the tips and gratuity screen.
